You retain ownership of the content you create and store in Nanoblog. You grant Nanoblog a limited license to host, process, and deliver your content solely to provide the service.

4. API and MCP usage

Nanoblog provides APIs and an MCP endpoint that allow programmatic access to your projects. You are responsible for any requests made with your API keys. We may enforce usage limits and rate limits to protect service reliability.

5. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the service and other users.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanoblog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it informally. If we can’t, disputes will be resolved under applicable law in the jurisdiction where Nanoblog is operated.
