  • Provide the service (create/manage projects and posts).
  • Secure the platform and prevent abuse.
  • Communicate with you about account events (e.g., login links, deletion requests).

3. Storage and retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we apply a grace period before permanent deletion.

4. Third-party processors

  • Email: Resend (for login links and transactional emails).
  • Billing: Paddle (when enabled).
  • Hosting: your hosting provider (e.g., Vercel).
  • Analytics: only if you opt-in via cookie consent, and only if enabled.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can initiate deletion from the dashboard settings.

6. GDPR lawful basis

For GDPR purposes, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests like security and abuse prevention. Where required, we rely on consent (e.g., analytics).

7. Data deletion

You can request deletion from the dashboard. We soft-delete immediately and permanently delete after a grace period.
